Create a case

Invite an applicant and capture what you already know - only name and email are required; the rest saves them re-entering it later. They'll receive a private link to claim their case and complete their profile.

Import clients from a spreadsheet

Prefer a spreadsheet? Upload a CSV and map each column to a field - name and email are required; everything else is optional, and you can add your own custom fields after upload. Check “Also email each client their invitation now” to invite them right away (first 50 clients - Increase limits).

Only cases assigned to your agency appear here. When an applicant shares a case with you and you claim or verify it, it lands in this inbox.
