Built on consent and trust
Renters are never charged, ever. A demand lead exists only because that renter confirmed that they want housing providers to contact them in their region. We do not sell email lists, we do not expose voucher documents or numbers, and we do not share anyone's info for any purpose other than to connect renters with housing providers. Partners agree to use lead information solely to offer housing and to comply with the Fair Housing Act.
Voucher-holder trust labels (self-reported / PHA-confirmed / agency-confirmed) describe what the renter told us or their housing authority or case worker confirmed - they are not a screening result and must not be used to screen or discriminate.
