Processing
- Duplicate buildings receiving both HUD project-based aid and tax credits are merged into single profiles carrying both program tags.
- Name/address fields are standardized (title case, ZIP-5 extraction); coordinates come from HUD geocodes.
- Suppressed values (negative sentinels in HUD data) become blanks, never zeros.
- City aggregates sum property-level records; medians use HUD-reported values only.
Known limitations
- Administrative data lags reality by 6–18 months; treat rents/waits as indicative.
- Voucher (tenant-based) inventory isn't tied to addresses, so it appears in guides, not property pages.
- Some LIHTC records lack exact addresses; those show city/ZIP level detail.
